November is World Vegan Month, and to mark the special occasion, by CHLOE. has partnered with acclaimed vegan chef, Rachel Ama.
The born and bred Londoner has created a series of incredibly tasty plant-based dishes that will be featured on the by CHLOE. menu exclusively throughout the month of November.
Drawing inspiration from Rachel’s Caribbean roots, the exclusive dishes include: BBQ Jerk Cauliflower, Thai Green Curry and Caribbean Mushroom Wrap.
“I love the concept of by CHLOE., so I was excited at the opportunity to collaborate with them for World Vegan Month, our aim was to build on what by CHLOE. is already known for, accessible, delicious and fun vegan dishes, and now with a Rachel Ama twist” commented Rachel.“As we welcome the colder months, I wanted to showcase dishes that were comforting for this time of year but still colourful, such as the Thai Green curry which is the perfect winter warmer, and the Caribbean Wrap that is ideal for Londoners on the go and some BBQ jerk cauliflower bites.“

Our Thai Green Curry is made from Chickpeas, Courgettes, Broccoli, Green Beans, Brown Rice, Coriander, Spring Onions and Lime, the perfect way to spice up your taste buds on those chilly London nights.
The Caribbean Mushroom Wrap, made from King Oyster Mushrooms, Red Cabbage, Lettuce, Mango Salsa, Rachel’s Signature Jerk Sauce in a White Tortilla, is a great option for those on the go.
For those craving a little more heat, try our BBQ Jerk Cauliflower with Rachel’s Signature Jerk Sauce and a side of creamy coconut dip.
